Paint and Staining Specifications

Weathertex have a range of third party Specification sheets that detail the best practices and products to use when painting or staining the Weathertex primed or Natural ranges. Our ‘Natural Styles’ guide explains the different methods that can be used to achieve a wide range of unique looks using our Natural (unprimed) boards. We recommend everyone read this before using our Natural range. You can also order FREE online samples to test any products, colours or styles first.

Natural Styles

Weathertex Natural is made from 97% Australian hardwood timber and 3% wax added for water resistance. It should be treated the same as many other timber products. If you are unsure about sealing, staining or lightening we recommend you view our Natural Styles guide, by clicking on the image on the right. You can also view this information on page 8 of our Product Portfolio.

Intergrain products are designed for the demands of Architects, Trade Painters and Professional Applicators.
